| Where
only the inner leaf is very soft or perforated masonry materials, the RESIMAC
is recommended.This provides an inner screen and tubular body, of length
sufficient to rest in the outer Ieaf.A Mac expander is fitted to an M6 stainless
steel rod - the original MACBOND wall tie.The threaded end is set in BRC3
resin in the screen and, after the resin is set, the inner leaf connection
can be tested and the outer leaf expander set, using a pre-set torque wrench
and special hex setting tool. RESIN CURE TIMES 38 MINUTES AT 25°C 80 MINUTES AT 10°C |

DRILL
Drill I 3mm hole in brickwork, setting depth gauge on drilling machine, to give 75mm hole depth in inner leaf. Blow out inner and outer leaf holes. |

| INSERT
RESIMAC Place RESIMAC screen/tube over extended delivery tube (DTE I R/I 0 Attached to nozzle) and pass through into inner leaf. Apply BRC3 through delivery tube slowly withdrawing nozzle until it is clear of inner leaf. Insert MACBOND tie. |
